This includes taking photographs and recording videos of key measurement stages and critical customization details before and during production. These records are securely maintained in our library for reference in case of any discrepancies. Dispute Resolution Based on Documentation: In the event of any dispute regarding the fit or conformance of the final product to your instructions, shaziayasin will thoroughly review our production documentation. Our records will serve as the primary basis for verifying whether the product was manufactured according to the specifications you provided. Final Sale Nature of Custom Orders and Limited Exceptions: Due to their bespoke nature and the significant resources invested in creating each unique custom order, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited circumstances where the product is demonstrably: * Defective: Exhibiting clear manufacturing flaws not related to the agreed-upon design. * Incorrect: Significantly deviates from the documented measurements or customization instructions provided by you. * Not Conforming: Fails to meet the documented measurements or customization instructions within reasonable industry tolerances.
