This includes taking photographs and recording videos of key measurement stages and critical customization details before and during production. These records are securely maintained in our library for reference in case of any discrepancies. Dispute Resolution Based on Documentation: In the event of any dispute regarding the fit or conformance of the final product to your instructions, shaziayasin will thoroughly review our production documentation. Our records will serve as the primary basis for verifying whether the product was manufactured according to the specifications you provided. Final Sale Nature of Custom Orders and Limited Exceptions: Due to their bespoke nature and the significant resources invested in creating each unique custom order, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the limited circumstances where the product is demonstrably: * Defective: Exhibiting clear manufacturing flaws not related to the agreed-upon design. * Incorrect: Significantly deviates from the documented measurements or customization instructions provided by you. * Not Conforming: Fails to meet the documented measurements or customization instructions within reasonable industry tolerances. This deposit is strictly forfeited if the order is cancelled by you for any reason after production has begun (typically 24 hours after payment receipt). Returns Policy for other Items At shaziayasin, our aim is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If items are defective or sent incorrectly, you can return them. Please note that you must provide us with a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used or exhibit stains, odors, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cancelling an Order: You may cancel an order within 24 hours of making the payment, and no charges will be deducted. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.
